So Cantarella ~Poison of Blue~ is a fictional portrayal of Cesare and Lucrezia Borgia and a really popular thing to do with that is apparently make Cesare and Lucrezia lovers. It's a Big Thing in the story, but also easy enough to avoid since Cesare is much more private about his feelings about that up until the point she fakes her death at which point he's quiet about her even being alive.
